GUIDELINE FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION OF NURSERY CLASS
ACADEMIC SESSION 2026 - 27
1. The Eligibility Criteria: The Children Born Between 1st September, 2021 to 31st March, 2022 and residing Within the radius of 6 Km from the school may apply for Nursery class.
2. It is mandatory to have a valid personal email id and mobile No. for communication. (Mobile No. for SMS).
3. Kindly upload your child’s recent passport size photo at the time of registration and a family passport size photo (child, mother and father) (less than size of 40 kb)
4. After successful submission of your registration Fees, the system will generate:
Print form and Acknowledgment Receipt with a Registration Number which you would need for all further correspondences. (Kindly ensure that the pop - up blocker is Turned Off).
5. Username and password would be mentioned in Acknowledgment Receipt for viewing and printing your form.
6. The date and time of interaction will be informed later through SMS.
7. There is no assurance of admission for your elder daughter if your ward is selected in Nursery.
8. Ward of Economically weaker section can contact the school office directly.
9. Father and Mother should be present along with the child at the time of interaction.
10. 10. The following documents need to be submitted physically to the school on the specified date and time as communicated via SMS.
a) Self-attested printout of the registration form & Acknowledgement Slip.
b) Self-attested copy of the original birth certificate of the child issued by the local municipal Corporation/Panchayat.
c) Self-attested valid government issued address proof e.g. License, Passport, Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Fitness Certificate etc.
11. Kindly fill in the particulars of the child (i.e. name, parents name and date of birth) correctly.
12. The date of birth filled in the form must tally with the birth certificate of the child issued by the competent authority.
13. The Management of the school reserves all rights of admission or rejection and is not bound to give reasons for admission or rejection of any particular child.
14. Incomplete registration forms or those with incorrect information will automatically stand rejected.
15. The Online Registration Form will only be accepted upon successful Online Payment of the Registration Fee Rs.1000/-
16. Standard charges for Card Transactions and Net banking would be charged extra as per actual by the bank for using these services.
17. Registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE/ NON -TRANSFERABLE.
18. Recommendation will invalidate your child’s application form.
19. The school management has no responsibility whatsoever for student transportation, and parents must make their own arrangements to drop off and pick up their child once admitted to the school. The school is not responsible for transportation or any related matters.

21. NOTE: Applicant must keep a copy of the print out of registration form and acknowledgement receipt for their record.
